Hose packaging is a mainstream flexible packaging solution across the daily chemical, pharmaceutical and fine chemical industries. This overview explains how the SINA EKATO full-automatic hose filling and sealing machine integrates feeding, precise filling, heat sealing, cooling and discharging — and what that means for filling accuracy and sealing quality.
Modular design
- Three units: the main operation machine, an automatic hose-feeding hopper, and an independent movable air-cooled chiller.
- 316 stainless steel contact parts, a tempered-glass safety shield with door interlock, GMP-compliant construction.
Intelligent operation
- Left-side console with 7-inch PLC touch screen; an internal cam indexer drives six rotating stations simultaneously: feeding, positioning, filling, preheating, sealing and discharging.
- An inclined storage hopper holds hundreds of empty hoses; photoelectric sensors perform single-hose separation and automatic printing-mark alignment.
Filling & sealing performance
- Piston quantitative filling with error within ±1%; a cutting-type anti-drawing nozzle prevents dripping.
- Handles lotions, heavy creams, gels, industrial greases, medical ointments and silicone gel.
- Hot-air sealing module for aluminum-plastic, full-plastic and pure-aluminum hoses, with chiller water-cooling shaping; batch number and date are hot-stamped in one step.
- Multi-formula storage cuts debugging time by 70%.
Capacity & applications
- The standard model reaches up to 60 hoses per minute (~3,000 hoses/hour) and connects with upstream emulsification equipment and downstream cartoning machines.
- Applications: cosmetics and personal care (facial cleanser, hand cream), pharmaceutical topicals, household products (toothpaste, laundry gel) and industrial fine chemicals (lubricating silicone grease, thermal paste).
